Request deletion of your AI Arrow Puzzle account and data

Before You Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go! Before you proceed with deleting your account, please note the following:

  • Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Data Loss: All your game progress, stars earned, and achievements will be permanently deleted
  • Leaderboard Removal: Your name will be removed from all leaderboards
  • Processing Time: Account deletion will be completed within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your account profile and username
  • All game progress and level completion data
  • Stars, achievements, and rewards
  • Game settings and preferences
  • Leaderboard rankings and scores
  • Any personal information associated with your account

Alternative Options

If you're experiencing issues or have concerns, consider these alternatives before deleting your account:

  • Take a Break: Simply uninstall the app without deleting your account. Your progress will be saved
  • Reset Progress: Start fresh without losing your account by resetting your game progress in settings
  • Contact Support: Reach out to our support team if you're facing technical issues
  • Adjust Privacy: Update your privacy settings or opt out of personalized ads without deleting your account

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open AI Arrow Puzzle on your device
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision
  5. Your account will be deleted within 30 days

Method 2: Request via Form

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by filling out the form below:

After Submitting Your Request

Once you submit your account deletion request:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  2. Your account will be marked for deletion
  3. You'll have 7 days to cancel the request if you change your mind
  4. After 7 days, the deletion process will be final and cannot be reversed
  5. Complete deletion will be finished within 30 days
